Neil's background includes working as an investigator for multiple government departments both here and overseas. He was also involved in developing and delivering training packages to personnel working in high risk environments, teaching them how to manage and recover from difficult and stressful situations. More recently he has worked in the forestry sector, managing health and safety and logistics in the South Island. From this Neil brings the ability to effectively build relationships with people in any industry and at any level. Neil is an Executive Member of the NZ Professional Fishing Guides Association and has a passion for spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing
